The 2023 Player Development Programme launches in Term 2 with Tottenham Hotspur Coach arriving early April.

Programme Overview

• Up to 21 weeks, Term 2 & Term 3 2023
• Try outs for all new players to the programme will be held during pre season training with the Director of Football at the end of Term 1
• Suited to all experienced football players at all levels, girls and boys passionate about improving their individual football skills
• 2023 Global Player Programme is now combined with the Scots College Football Academy
• There are limited spaces available for students not enrolled at Scots College 
• All sessions for the programme will take place at Scots College or a suitable local facility depending on weather/ground conditions

Tottenham Hotspur Development Coach

Gerald Lami

With over 10 years of player development experience, Gerald has had the pleasure of pursuing a career in football which has seen him progress as a player from grassroots to elite, and now as a football development coach and development phase scout.


Currently at Tottenham Hotspur, Gerald works as Head Coach at one of the Club’s Education and Football Development Centre’s, leading on the development of aspiring players whilst providing pathways into various areas of the game. Gerald has been fortunate enough to work with the likes of Brentford, Arsenal, Juventus and AFC Wimbledon. All of which has shaped his coaching journey to date, allowing him to travel the world, experience different football cultures and support the development of each individual player to the best of their ability in each market of operation.

Programme Outline

Attendees will receive coaching from an authentic, experienced and highly skilled FA and UEFA-Qualified Coach from Tottenham Hotspur’s Global Development Programme who is fully integrated into the Tottenham Hotspur’s overarching Player Development Model, developed within the Club’s Academy.

Players will attend weekly coaching sessions before or after school that will focus on maximising every attendee’s potential not just as a player but as a confident individual, with clear progression pathways.

Should circumstances surrounding travel become restricted, the programmed may be altered to suit.

Costs

Programme:
Scots College Students $1150 incl GST
Players not attending Scots College: $1725 incl GST

Uniform:
$380 incl GST – includes full Nike training kit, tracksuit & bag
