Tottenham Hotspur’s global development team, alongside our own football coaches, help to develop your skills through an engaging 21 week programme and 3 half day training camp. Using renowned methods taken directly from the Tottenham Hotspur Academy, they aim to maximise your potential, giving you the a solid foundation in technical ability.

Tottenham Hotspur Development Coach

Gerald Lami

With over 10 years of player development experience, Gerald has had the pleasure of pursuing a career in football which has seen him progress as a player from grassroots to elite, and now as a football development coach and development phase scout.


Currently at Tottenham Hotspur, Gerald works as Head Coach at one of the Club’s Education and Football Development Centre’s, leading on the development of aspiring players whilst providing pathways into various areas of the game. Gerald has been fortunate enough to work with the likes of Brentford, Arsenal, Juventus and AFC Wimbledon. All of which has shaped his coaching journey to date, allowing him to travel the world, experience different football cultures and support the development of each individual player to the best of their ability in each market of operation.

“The Tottenham Hotspur Global Player Development Programme based at Scots College is a great development programme that has helped me to train at a higher level. It allowed me to have more confidence in myself. This has helped me improve my performance during this football season. As an attacker I have learnt different ways to beat an opponent using skills like the Ronaldo chop or the Zidane turn.
