Short Term Boarding

Boarding is an enjoyable and rewarding experience where students gain a number of important life skills.  Gibb House also offers short term boarding options in addition to our 5 and 7 day boarding.

This short term option is ideal for any student looking to experience boarding for a few weeks in preparation for university hostels or for families who need somewhere for your children to stay while you are out of town for a period of time.

Short term boarders are included in the full boarding experience. They take part in supervised prep time for completing homework and study, participate in sport and cultural activities and weekend outings. We are happy to discuss the length of a students stay should you be interested.

We believe boarding at Scots College offers students a warm, friendly and supportive environment where they develop independence and maturity, their organisational skills expand and life-long friendships are developed. Students are cared for by a team of resident staff who provide a close family network.
