Sibling Discount
In August 2020 the Board resolved to introduce a sibling tuition discount of 10% for the second child and each child thereafter from 2021.

The discount applies to the tuition of the subsequent child(ren) concurrently attending the College. The eldest child will be charged full tuition, with a discount for younger siblings at 10% and ceases once the older sibling(s) leave the College.

Sibling discounts cannot be used in conjunction with a scholarship and are not applicable with the Education Fees Protection.

How does the Bond work?
The Bond is charged as part of a student’s enrolment and notified in the Confirmation of Acceptance letter.

  • Bonds are to be paid prior to a student commencing at the College.  Any Bonds that have not been paid at that point are charged to the student’s College account.
  • Bonds are refunded in full once all accounts are settled after a student’s departure from the College

Are the Bonds interest bearing?
Interest is not returned to Bond holders. Interest received on the Bonds is reinvested in the College.
Fees are reviewed annually by the Scots College Board of Governors. The fees for the next year are available each December.

Payment of College Fees
For all new families at the College a condition of enrolment requires the College to hold a Direct Debit Authority unless alternative arrangements are agreed with the College in writing. To settle your College account please complete the direct debit form in your enrolment pack or contact our Finance team on finance@scotscollege.school.nz

The direct debit will collect the balance on the account each month unless a 10 month payment plan is requested from the finance team. Direct debits run from February through to November on the 20th of each month.

Tuition fees can be paid by credit card here Credit card transactions incur a 3% surcharge.

A discount of 2% will be issued if the annual fees are paid in full, before 22 January 2021. Once the full amount has been received a credit will be issued to the account.

Payment of term fees is due before the first day of term unless the school has a direct debit authority or a prearranged payment plan.
