Step 1

Application for Enrolment

Completing an Application for Enrolment is the first step towards enrolling your child at Scots College. It is a simple online process and the College welcomes all applications. Please note this is a domestic student application form, International applications can be found here.

Completing an Application for Enrolment form does not constitute acceptance as all students must first be interviewed by the Headmaster or a Principal.

Step 2

Interview

After you have completed the Application for Enrolment, we will be in contact to arrange an interview with the relevant Year Level Principal in the year preceding entry to the College. This interview is an integral part of the application process.

Step 3

Offer of Place

At the conclusion of your child’s interview an offer of place may be made and your acceptance will be required within a specified timeframe. To confirm enrolment, you will need to complete a Confirmation of Acceptance package which will be emailed to you and make the required payment.

Step 4

Acceptance

Once you have completed the Confirmation of Acceptance agreement and made payment of the relevant fees your child’s place at the College will be deemed confirmed.

Provisional Enrolments

Some Year Levels have class size limits to ensure the delivery of a personalised education. Once roll limits are met then the College may offer an applicant a provisional enrolment. If/once a place becomes available then a formal offer of place will be made and at this time parents/caregivers will be asked to confirm their acceptance of this place by payment of a confirmation fee and educational bond.

An interview with the respective Principal must be completed before any offer of a place or provisional enrolment will be made.

Admission decisions will fully support the values of Scots College and are made at the discretion of the Principal or Headmaster. When making offers of a place, Scots College may take into consideration the applicant’s affiliation with the College, but are not limited to siblings of current or past students, students whose parents or grandparents attended the College, former students, date of application, who are re-enrolling.

Any families on a provisional enrolment are required to inform the College of any changes in contact details or circumstances.
