  • Eligibility:
    Secondary school student year 9-13. Must be able to Swim at least 50 meters.

    The fees must be paid for prior to first day.

    Parent Consent:
    I understand that there are some inherent risks and dangers in sailing. I understand that neither TRIYA, EBY&MBC its officers, coaches or helpers accept any responsibility in respect of injury or loss to person or property that may be sustained by reason of participation in the activities. My teenager will exercise common sense and self-discipline, and take heed of the instructions of the coach. I agree to the use of my teenager's photographs and other relevant information in publicity and promotion of TRIYA, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. I agree that a “life jacket” (buoyancy aid) will be worn by my teenager at all times while on the water. I expect my teenager to assist until all gear has been washed and put away and to speak to the Coach/Manager before leaving each time.

    Damage.
    We expect sailors to be careful with the sailboats to keep them in good condition. Sailors will be briefed and learn safe sailing practice while using TRIYA boats. Should there be an incident, resulting in damage due to negligence or undue care; the sailor and the coach will write a report. The skipper and crew are liable for up to $500 in costs to repair any damage.
