Our first Athletics Day in three years!

It was our first Athletics Day in three years and there was such a buzz (and lots of noise) at the Newtown Park Athletics track.

Scots College brought the school and house spirit to a new level. There were house chants, outstanding athletic performances and we hit the prefects’ school goals big time!! All the houses entered into the spirit of the non-championship events with their house colour accessories and costumes not only in an effort to gain as many points as they could but to also show their house pride.  Whether that was championship, non-championship events or relays, you could see students pushing themselves out of their comfort zones to achieve their best result.  Aitken house won the Spirit Stick with their extra hype noise and support for their competitors.

It was an extra special event for all the girls who participated in their first athletics at Scots College. What a great way to start the 107!
