Any Scots College students or football players Years 7-12 are welcome to apply to participate in the Elite Tottenham Hotspur Football Player Development Programme. Some places may be available for Year 13 students. The programme runs in conjunction with the Scots College Football Club Programme and Scots College students must belong to the Scots College Football Academy Programme to be eligible.
Places are limited and are subject to player selection.
In addition, a small number of places in the Tottenham Hotspur Elite Player Development Programme are available to players who do not attend currently Scots College.
2021: Virtual Coaching
Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions this first year of the Tottenham Hotspur and Scots College Partnership will follow a virtual coaching structure.
February: Applications for trials are now open. Applications close Sunday 14 February. All applications will be invited to take part in virtual trials run by Tottenham Hotspur coaches, to be held at Scots College.
March: Selected players will undertake 1-1 virtual interviews with Tottenham Hotspur Coaches.
March – November: Selected players will join Tottenham Hotspur for a virtual welcome to the programme, a virtual webinar and monthly virtual development sessions on topics such as; technical development, health and nutrition, strength and conditioning, peer to peer interaction and Q&A sessions with guest speakers.

Coaching staff will attend regular virtual webinars hosted by Tottenham Hotspur as part of their Coach education programme.
Following a virtual talent selection process, and one to one interview players will be selected for the Elite Tottenham Hotspur Player Programme.
A Tottenham Hotspur Development Coach will be based at Scots College for 12 weeks where they will support the individual technical development of players in the Elite Tottenham Hotspur Football Player Development Programme and coach development programmes for College and Club coaches.
