College Communications
Most College communications are sent electronically via email. Therefore it is very important we have your up-to-date contact details. Your child may bring information home, but predominantly it will be emailed to you from their House Dean or teacher.
In an Emergency
In the event of an emergency Scots College have a number of process in place to communicate with the Scots Community, please make yourself familiar with our processes on the following page.
The Mailbox e-newsletter
College e-newsletter is issued fortnightly each Thursday afternoon by email and is also available on the website and College App. The Mailbox provides our community with general College news including sporting/cultural/community news and school specific news for the Junior/Middle and Senior schools. Your child does not receive a copy of this newsletter and does not bring home a hard copy.
Junior School updates
A short weekly notice sent Friday afternoons via the app covering events and the focus for the following week. The Junior School Principal’s Weekly is sent out fortnightly, on non-newsletter weeks, with a brief update from the Junior School.
