Scots College Football Club Survey
Dear Football Club players and parents
The club has created its first every survey. Your feedback is important and has major significance as we plan for 2013 and beyond.
The survey is open till 20 September 2012 with John Western to speak about the results at the prize giving on 23 September 2012.
One survey per player is desired.
It will take about 10-15 minutes and if possible, is best completed jointly, parent and player.
