Preparatory School Photograph Order 2010
Dear Parents
All photographs have now been taken. LC Scott Photographers will handle all orders and payments. Please complete the LC SCOTT order form and return to your son’s classroom teacher by Wednesday 24 November.
Cheques must be made payable to LC Scott Ltd and placed in a sealed envelope, clearly named. These will be collected by your son’s teacher and placed in the LC Scott order box held at the Prep School Administration Office.
Portrait Photographs
Portrait Photographs not required must be returned in their plastic envelopes. Inside each pack a Portrait Photograph Payment Envelope is provided. Please use ONLY this envelope when paying for portrait photographs.
Class/Sport/Cultural Photographs
All Class/Sport and Cultural photographs will be on display outside the Prep Science Lab. For your convenience, Contact Sheets are also available for viewing online below. The name of the photo corresponds with the order number indicated in the order form (also included below). These are to be completed and returned to your son’s classroom teacher, with payment in a sealed envelope, again clearly named.
