Class Description: Pilates Small Equipment & Matt Classes
This open matt class offers an extensive introduction to the principles of Pilates, using small equipment, and is suitable for all levels of fitness. Instructor Phil Ward combines modern, evidence-based physiology with Joseph Pilates’ original repertoire and philosophy. Phil and his partner Elaine run local studio Pilates Flow, and will be taking these additional classes on a Wednesday night at Scots as an extension of their studio timetable.
