Lindisfarne Billet Request - Urgent
Dear Parents/Caregivers,
As you may be aware. the Lindisfarne College 1st XI Cricket, 1st VIII Tennis and Athletics teams will visit Scots for the annual summer sports exchange on Sunday 19 February - Tuesday 21 February. The cricket occupies 2½ days, the tennis and athletics the Monday only.
Billets are required for the visiting cricketers for Sunday and Monday nights and for the tennis players and athletes Sunday night only. With the large number of visitors, you will appreciate the need for billeters. It is school policy that boys playing against visiting teams take a billet but, because there may be circumstances that prevent that, I am also contacting some parents whose son may not actually be playing in the fixture but who does play the appropriate sport. I would be grateful if your family could give consideration to hosting a boy(s) from Lindisfarne on this occasion.

I would appreciate it if you could complete the accompanying form (88KB) and return it to me no later than Thursday 16 February. I would prefer that the return is emailed to sport@scotscollege.school.nz (with all relevant details included), rather than relying on "personal delivery" by your son. In this way I can guarantee receiving all returns back promptly!
