Online Enrolment Form
This following form lets you type your responses directly onto the screen. Once completed, a PDF will be generated that you need to print out, sign, and send to Scots College along with the other requirements.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to use this functionality. Download the Reader for free from acrobat.com (http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/)

Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required, and should not be left blank. The form will alert you of any missing details before moving to the next page.
On the last page, click on the “save to PDF” button. You may open the file immediately using Adobe Acrobat Reader, or save the file for later viewing.
Open the PDF and print. Both parents need to sign the form and then send back to Scots College, either by post or via email. Please note that we need a signature in order to accept the application, so if sending back via email, then the signature page will need to be scanned and sent electronically also.
Note: If you are enroling your child as a Boarder, you will also need to complete and send the Boarding Application Form (117KB). This is currently not available as an online form.
