During the last week of Term Two the students in Years Three to Eight were given the opportunity to visit “The Real Art Roadshow”. This was in the form of a large expandable truck art gallery. The collection featured both renowned and emerging New Zealand artists, and crossed a variety of genres including painting, sculpture, photography, jewellery and ceramic art. The works have been purchased from the artists themselves as well as dealers and auctions. It has been put together with art students in mind and dovetails neatly into our Scots art curriculum.
