Jack Compton places third in Bike Championship

Jack Compton (Year 12) took part in the NZ Mountain Bike National Championship held in Nelson this weekend.

He garnered a respectable 3rd place in the Cross Country Junior Under 17 Men category.

Always keen to continually improve on his favourite sport, Jack is currently taking part in series of races for the MTB Cross Country Cup which continue throughout February.  He will also take part in the Oceania's competition in Rotorua in March.

Jack Compton competes in Karapoti Classic Mountain Bike Race

 


Jack Compton

Jack Compton participated in the Karapoti Classic Mountain Bike Race last Saturday 06 March 2010.  While he was 5th overall, he came in 3rd in the under 18 class.

Jack Compton (Year 10) competed in the National Mountain Biking Championships held at Mt Victoria on the 27th and 28th of Feburary. He was placed third in the Under 15 Mens class.
