Three School Model: Executive Management structure
The proposed Executive management is as follows:

The three school model will see the College reach its maximum predicted roll of 924 in 2016. Under the proposed structure each school will have its own Principal. Until the College grows it is not intended to appoint a separate Senior School Principal, with the Headmaster retaining this role in the interim supported as at present by his Deputy and senior management team as it is felt that:
- the College will not be of a large enough size to warrant this additional cost; and
- it will be beneficial for the Headmaster to maintain a “hands on” approach during the transition period.
It is felt that the current structure does not provide for the educational benefits outlined earlier in this paper and after consultation with College stakeholders, Executive, SCOBA, Parents Association, Scots College Charitable Trust and Board in a number of accountability workshops it is felt the proposed structure is better placed to deliver these benefits.
Given the changes proposed it is felt maintaining both HR and ICT roles as part of the Executive will be beneficial to the new structure.
