Most College communication are sent electronically via email. Therefore it is very important we have your up-to-date contact details. Your son(s) may bring information home, but predominantly it will be emailed to you from their House Dean or teacher.

The Mailbox e-newsletter
College newsletter is issued fortnightly each Thursday afternoon by email and is also available on the website. The Mailbox provides our community with general College news including sporting/cultural/community news and school specific news for the Prep/Middle and Senior schools. Your child does not receive a copy of this newsletter and does not bring home a hard copy.
Whats on Middle School (WOMS) and Whats on Prep School (WOPS)
These short notices are sent out via the App each Friday afternoon and provide a short summary of events for the week ahead.

Three issues per year. Subscribers receive an issue posted in the school holidays following Term 1, 2 and 3.

The Scot Yearbook
Issued once a year in late March/early April for the year prior. One issue per family. The Scot is given to the eldest child to take home. Cost of the Scot is $55 and is charged annually to your account. If you do not wish to receive the yearbook you can contact the accounts department and ask to be removed from the distribution list.
